With over 13 years in senior compliance roles at GSK, she has led regional compliance strategies across more than 20 countries in Central and Southern Europe, including alliance-led business models and commercial transformations.
Silvia has implemented tailored compliance frameworks to meet regulatory and industry standards—such as the EFPIA code—while enabling business agility and sustainable growth. She has advised on internal control restructuring, governance design, and risk mitigation, particularly in markets operating through distribution partnerships.
