Charles Alibert is a seasoned ESG and sustainability expert specialising in CSRD compliance, carbon accounting, ESG strategy, and corporate transformation. His background spans strategy consulting, industry leadership, and hands-on ESG implementation across multiple sectors.

Charles spent over five years in strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman, advising clients in the mobility and manufacturing industries, before leading the transformation of Wabtec Transit (10,000+ employees, ~$3bn in sales), where he spearheaded the company’s sustainability initiatives.

Trained and certified in key ESG frameworks, Charles holds credentials in the Bilan Carbone® (GHG assessment) methodology, CDP’s Act step-by-step program, and CSRD audit certification from AFNOR. His expertise includes climate strategy implementation, sustainable procurement, carbon footprint assessment, ESG training, and CSRD compliance.

With experience spanning France, the Republic of Congo, Canada, Switzerland, and Finland, Charles brings his vast experience, strategic foresight and operational fluency  to ESG transformation, helping businesses integrate sustainability into their core operations.
